The roof of Arena Grêmio covers an area of ​​42,400 m2, covering 60,540 seats. The owners are OAS Arenas and Grêmio Foot-Ball Porto-Alegrense. The stadium was built by OAS and the metal structures were manufactured and assembled by Martifer.
SP.PROJECT was responsible for the elaboration of the metallic roof structure executive projects and for the execution of the exterior mezzanine Project Quality Certification (CQP).
The roof metal structure weights about 2,600 tons, to which are added 75 tons for the support structures of the screens and catwalks.
