SP.PROJECT was hired by Construtora Gattaz Engenharia to carry out the reinforced concrete structures executive project for a Residential Building with approximately 6,800 m2 of built area.
This area is divided into three buried floors for parking, a ground floor and mezzanine occupied by social areas and twelve raised floors intended for apartments with different typologies.
